Shipping policy

HistoiresdeRoseau® reserves the right to subcontract all or part of the preparation and shipment of the order to a third party appointed for the execution of this service. All products sold by HistoiresdeRoseau® being deemed available in stock, orders are prepared within 48 business hours starting from the first working day following the registration of the order within the meaning of these GTC.
Thus, orders recorded on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday will be processed the first following working day. Is not taken into account in this period, the time for making an appointment with the carrier as well as the delivery time of the latter. All the deadlines mentioned within the HistoiresdeRoseau®site are understood as clear deadlines. The ordered product is delivered to the address listed on the purchase order and recorded as the "delivery" address.
In the event of an input error, in particular an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, HistoiresdeRoseau® shall not be held liable for the consequences in terms of delay or impossibility of delivery.

All costs related to the reshipment of products following a data entry error by the Customer will be exclusively borne by the latter.

5.2 DELIVERY TIMES OF ORDERS
HistoiresdeRoseau® reserves the right to choose the most appropriate mode of transport depending on the nature of the product, its weight and volume, which the Customer declares having taken cognizance of and accepting. Delivery times may not exceed 30 business days after the date of payment validation by the Client (order registration date).
Delivery times cannot be guaranteed in case of force majeure, as defined by law and jurisprudence. Delivery times do not take into account any procedures for controlling the Client’s payment that would delay the shipment of their order (see provisions of article 4.2).
The announced deadlines run from the registration of the order. The expected delivery date is indicated at the time of order and at the level of each of our product sheets. This delay is an average delay corresponding to the service used for a delivery in continental France.

In case of absence, the Customer will be responsible for collecting the product from the concerned services. When the product is to be transported by carrier to the delivery address indicated by the Customer, the latter shall provide the availability range at the time of order. The carrier will then contact the Customer as soon as possible to agree with them on a delivery appointment date. HistoiresdeRoseau® cannot be responsible for the delay in delivery due to unavailability of the Customer.

5.3 DELIVERY AREAS
The delivery is made only in metropolitan France (excluding DOM-TOM)

5.4 SPECIAL DELIVERY TERMS
The delivery methods for HistoiresdeRoseau® products are established by HistoiresdeRoseau® and depend on their admission in postal volumetry. When a product is accepted in postal volumetry, the Customer will have the freedom to choose between a merchandise withdrawal or delivery to their home by DPD or Colissimo. At the end of validating these transport methods, the HistoiresdeRoseau® site will display a summary of the order with transport cost. The cost of the assigned or chosen transport methods is then displayed before the payment for the order.

When the order has been duly prepared and is ready for shipment, the Customer will receive an email regarding the sending of their order. Delivery by Colissimo: The delivery by Colissimo is a service offered by the French Post which meets their own General Conditions of Use. In case of absence and impossibility to drop off the package at a caretaker, the Client will receive a delivery notice. He will then have a period of 14 calendar days to collect his package from the post office indicated on the said notice.

Failing that, the order will be shipped to HistoiresdeRoseau® who will follow up with the Customer by email to re-send their order at their expense. Without the Client’s return within 7 days of the sending of this follow-up email, HistoiresdeRoseau® will consider that the Client has exercised their right of return and will proceed with the refund under the conditions provided for the exercise of the right of withdrawal (Cf. article 6-1 of these GTCS).

5.5 DELIVERY RATES
The billing of transport follows a calculation rule taking into account the destination on one hand and the weight of the package on the other hand. The rates indicated are all in euros (€) including all taxes and charges, including VAT at the rate applicable on the day of delivery. The amount of the fees is automatically calculated upon adding a product to the cart based on delivery in mainland France.
The Customer can freely consult the billing and the carrier associated with their products. Specific offers for free shipping costs are only valid within the framework of a shipment to mainland France, unless expressly stipulated otherwise.
